Mobile Wellness Provided by Noojmowin Teg
Mobile Wellness is a new pilot project designed to improve access to mental health and addictions care for people who live in the District of Manitoulin. Mobile Wellness is an initiative supported through Noojmowin Teg Health Centre.
The program includes a team of mental health & addictions service providers, trained social workers, a registered nurse and nurse practitioner who deliver a wide range of services including intake & brief services, referrals to existing services, psychiatric support & follow up. Providers are based out of Noojmowin Teg Health Centre.
