Patients between the ages of 12 - 19 years have experiences with numerous illnesses that are either preventable or treatable. This program aims to address the needs of our patients by providing care through the Family Health Team and community partners within a confidential environment that allows youth to feel safe during a time where they are at a critical stage of development, both physically and emotionally.
